I am a girl, recently I gave an interview for Accenture. The interviewer joined and asked me to introduce myself. I started and he got a call, then he was on call for sometime and asked me to repeat again. I did, then again he got call and left the meeting room. This happened throughout the interview for 5-6 times. He asked me around 10 questions and i tried to answer them all confidently (I'm not saying that I answered all of them correctly) even though there were interruptions from his side(calls and network issue). Then during my last question, he left but didn't come back, I waited for 2-3 hours. On July 18th, I got a mail saying "rejected". Now I'm unable to apply for Accenture. For them it might not be an issue or big thing cause they have already passed this stage, but for us getting a job is a big thing especially during this recession is not easy.

Don't ingnore this. Hi guys, i am writing this based on my knowledge and what i have research about the hiring process of accenture. Actually, accenture is service based company and the main goal of the service based companies is to hire candidates who are like workers, i am not saying 100% but 80%. Here workers means, the persons who is going to listen their words everytime and doesn't reject their choices. Actually they don't hire talented people, because, u can see the people who is having more talent is like, they will stop working in that company any time and can go to other comapny whenever they want because they have talent and confidence. The people who are not having skills is like doing everything the management says and they will do what the higher authorities said, because they dont have other choice, and if they disobey and go outside they can't get job outside. Hey, don't blame me, its just my opinion and info based on my experience.

8:30 not only accenture this problem is in every company. In my college out 204 people that were accepted by accenture only 40 were boys and rest were girls. And those boys were with above 8 CGPA and girls are getting accepted even though they have 6 CGPA.

My Experience with Accenture process... I had cleared all of my written and oa rounds which are taken by Accenture before interview, then I got the interview slot selection mail, my interview slot was 30th august 2024, 11.45 am. I logged in at 11 am with all the preperations and was waiting for my turn until 4.30 pm, it was showing me that I am next in the queue. Meanwhile I was continuously calling on accenture helpline number about the situation while waiting in the lobby. Still they were asking me to wait until 4 pm. I waitied till 4.30 pm and still my interview was not taken. Later I had to log out as I was waiting since more than 5 hours still in front of the laptop. Without any lunch or anything. After that, I raised my ticket on Accenture my zone explaining all the situation with all the screenshots as proof. They just copy paste their pre written response that we will hear from Accenture team soon. i had raised tickets almost 4 to 5 times and exact same reply everytime. It's now more than 2 months And I didn't even got the rejection mail. Such a scrap.

I was in the same state, I took part in walkin interview at tcs on 31st July and informed by the hr on the same day that I was selected. I got batched at 6th August but till now I'm waiting for mail and offer letter. For this walkin interview I travelled from chennai to mumbai. As a job seeker I was frustrated because I was applying for many companies but I don't know on which basis they shortlist candidate for interview. we are continously upskilling for a role that we are passionate to work but I don't know on which criteria they pick a CV.
