I have worked in service based companies for 6 straight years. in the last 3 years my profile was into coding and believe me I used to work almost 10+ hours everyday because of the huge work and deadlines.. I never got a chance to work for 2 hours in a day because of huge micro management from the scrum masters. We used to write down what we have done for the day and how much time it took to complete a specific task with testing screenshots in the excel sheets so that it will be reviewed by managers by tallying it with Jira/Rally/Azure ticket board

Fraz, I worked with Accenture back in 2007 as a fresher in one of its back office processes and was still offered a 2.2LPA package. Back in the day I knew my friends who earned really well in tech in Accenture even as new joinees. Not sure if they're paying as low as 3.3 LPA to beginner level engineers now. If yes, then I guess they've lost it.

We have our placements going on in our campus and due to recession companies are nit hiring much and on the top of all I'm from a non it branch (EEE) I have a decent set of skills but still due to my branch and rescission out if 10 companies only 2 will select us just for the coding round and even if you solve all the questions ita not guaranteed thet they will call you for interview soo these past few months were are little stressful but this video really gave me hope that if I'm true to my work success will follow 😁

I am Mechanical Engineer. I joined Infosys last year and obviously no skill in programming and problem solving passed 6 months without anything..Started it as a task for myself daily doing coding and DSA for 1 to 2 hrs a day. I'm a 23 year old student in my final year of a BTech in Computer Engineering. There are currently placement drives happening on my campus, but I'm not confident I'll be able to clear the aptitude tests and make it to the technical/coding rounds. I have three different perspectives from friends on what I should do after graduation: 1. Get work experience first - it's more important than any degree (said by a friend in the Czech Republic) 2. There's not a huge salary difference if you get an MTech or not - focus on working (said by a front end developer friend in Bangalore) 3. Prepare for GATE and qualify for an MTech at an IIT to get a high paying job (said by a friend doing a PhD at IIT Gandhinagar ) I'm feeling confused about what path to take. My gut agrees most with options 1 and 2, but I'm not fully convinced. Does anyone have advice on whether I should focus on getting work experience first or pursuing higher education? What factors should I consider in making this decision? Any input is appreciated!

Choose 1st only Other are waste of time and if you don't have confidence then build it man prepare for apti and interview improve communication skills...they see whether you are ready or confident to do job...prefer role over salary and choose IT field only..don't go into core if salary is 8LPa choose IT with 4.5 lpa over core in 8lpa Mark my words

Usme kitna score karte ho us hisab se tumko stream milta hai...baki ye ek sahi baat hai ke ... Jyada kaam nahi milta... Esa feel hota hai ke paisa fokat pe araha hai😂... And agar tumko teamlead kuch develop karne deta hai aur tum in time karke dete ho...then congrats 🎉 tumko sikhne ko mauka milega... Agar task me delay karte ho tto jaan lo...phir se developer wali kaam maat dhund na...wo tumko support pe daal denge aur khud tumko pata nahi chalega😅
