I love the content, but felt like clickbait, I am too from tier3 worked in top tech companies, her linkedin mention name of one of top tier college, and after accenture it was not a direct switch she switched between some companies. To be hones doesn't matter how much skill and experience you bring, top tech companies will at max give you 3-4 times of your last salary and 3-4 times(Just to bring you in their lowest salary range because the starting salary is also much greater than starting salary of service based companies) of 3.5 lies in the salary range of SDE1 and not SDE2, so please use correct thumbnails.

Hi bro, been following you for quite a while. I need suggestions. I'm currently working somewhere, been 9 months as an automation tester, had my training in quality as well. I want to switch to dev or data science, now my company isn't gonna allow me to switch this easy and quick, also I'm having an offer from Accenture, but it's a fresher role, so should I stay here, work on my skills and switch after 1.5+ years to a better company, pay, role or should I join Accenture as a fresher again, the pay is similar but here the hike and all is dead, Accenture is better moneywise but not by much, as this is not a direct switch, but at acc I may get a chance to go into dev or ds as they give us options to choose in which tech we want us to get trained. If it's anything other than what I want then it's out of question automatically. Also I don't know whether I can negotiate with the acc hr that being experienced if they are willing to give me a different position or pay
