Not allowing to use Company Transportation and asking to come 1 hour before time, and that too more than 30kms by own vehicle when the roads are in worst hazardous conditions. Planned to leave and go for other options available. After seeing most of your videos, had considered to Join Accenture, despite of having 2 times higher offer. Just because of transportation, considered Accenture. But the situation is unfavourable.

Hello, I just want to know one thing about accenture I was worked for accenture in 2020 to jan 2022 I was in contract based. I had completed my 30 days of notice period and after left d accenture one of the consultancy was contacted to me for accenture then I cleared all the 4 rounds of interview (hr role for accen operations) after joined the org. I got to know that they r only hire us for peak period means only for 6 month. Now it's my 2nd month started in accenture and i want to leave this organization so what I need to do and after leaving this org can I rejoin in accenture payrol instead of contractor.
