Hi Nazia, when joining letter received? i sign offer letter and submit but i did'nt received .Does joining letter come after background verification? And what if it fail because mere pass previous company ke document nhi hai like pf ,bank statement and form 16, i have experince letter only kyuki vo start up company thi aur salary cash me milti thi aur muze hr ne vo experience remove krne ko kaha tha , but abhi jo hr hai usne kaha resume me mention hai to document lagege wht should i do now please help

About date of joining , your statement is partially true. It is not mandatory to have DOJ in the offer letter. It depends on the company that you are joining and their process. There are companies(market leaders) out there which don’t mention DOJ on the offer letter but they update the date in their system based on the agreed date.

But basically what I meant is you should know your date of joining when the offer is released

Hey myself Naziya and yes Accenture provide JB but what I came to know is since from September onwards they have stopped this JB but not sure so you can discuss it during the offer discussion not after accepting the offer hope you got me

Hi mam, I am facing same kind of issue as Accenture did not mentioned the Doj in the offer letter I was not sure to put my notice in the current working company but now I got my Doj on Dec 24th. I even tried to negotiate with my manager but he told it’s a HR call to leave so I mailed Accenture to extend my offer will they extend? And send me the new doj?

Hello, please guide me. I am joining accenture as a fresher, i am MBA grad, I am currently working in an organisation where notice period is of 60 days, I have accepted offer letter on 28 nov but I didn’t resigned from my company as didnt got any joining date. So what shall i do? I mailed them also on campus queries that my notice period is of 60 days , plz tell me my doj so that i can put my papers accordingly, but I receive same copy pasted mail , that we are onboarding candidates December onwards we will inform you 2 week prior. Now wt to do?

I'll give you the scenarios select the one which best suited you First you can wait for DOJ and once received you can extend for it based on your notice period. Second put the paper right away and look for other opportunities and get some offer in hand and in case if you don't get the DOJ or in case they won't hire you can join other company Third, put the paper now and wait for your DOJ hopefully you may get it by December or Jan and if they delayed also you will get it but only thing is you have to wait for it . You need to inform Accenture recruiter if you don't have buy out option in TCS and get the joining date accordingly else if Accenture has provided DOJ and you have buy out option available in TCS then you can put the paper right away in TCS and join accenture as per the said date

@@photonfinnovative it all depends on the organisation urgency in filling the open position, if its very critical position that needs to be filled asap then yes you can ask for it and they would provide you. Also you can ask joining bonus when you are ready to join the new organisation as early as possible which saves the time of the new organisation in kick starting the work soon than they expected. Ex if ur Np is 90 days and you know that can join the new organisation in 45 days or 60 days then you can demand the joining bonus accordingly For salary thing, please do a market analysis with your skillset and yrs of experience. Now a days naukri glassdoor etc shows the avg salary earned by the ppl of your skillset . Do a proper analysis and demand it during the HR interview or final round. Remember whenever joining a new organisation ask for the highest % hike you deserve bcoz the salary might b d same for next 2 yrs

See as I told in my video also that offer letter along with joining date is the assurance that you got the job till then we can't say the same, so as you have failed the online assessment they might release or they may not it depends but still don't loose hope and till they get back to you look for some more opportunities

Hey absconding is not the right thing see there will be lot more other options available like you can extend the joining date in accenture or you can go for payout option for your notice or you can tell them some reason like can't continue due to some consequences so I'll not come from Tomorrow onwards see what they will tell, or you can tell them I'll serve my notice only for few days like 15 or 20 etc., because if you abscond then you are liable to legal actions taken by the company against you so be careful with these things
