Hiring process in Accenture is a worst process ever in all over india, employees selection here is not depend open there skills and Talent, it's totally depends on luck and Co incident. Candidate CID gets created and after that no call, no call pick by HR, If Candidate gets rejected then previously there CID gets block for 3 to 6 month but now some of them blocked forever by company to apply again, the company here loss all the talented Candidate

It's mentioned in the eligibility criteria so I guess u may get rejected bt I heard..my collg girl got some time to clear backlog and her joining was stopped until then.
