Thank you ❤I really loved this one. I learned with you through somatic awareness to love myself no matter the circumstances and to cultivate compassion towards myself. That's healing and precious.

i'm so grateful for you and your videos, tanner! this one was particularly helpful for me today. often when i feel anxious (which has been happening a lot lately), i find myself trying really hard, using all the tools, and wondering why i'm not able to make myself feel better. i completely forget to accept and allow. and then i feel frustrated with myself for forgetting (when i later remember). it was really helpful to hear you talk about having a similar experience of trying to make the anxiety go away by using all the right tools, before you remembered to accept and allow. and then the meditation guiding us thru the process of accepting and allowing, and also cultivating self-love and compassion was so lovely. thank you so much! :)

Hoping this will help. You’ve no doubt seen my comments before about a prolonged recovery from injury. I’m now at a stage where pain has disappeared - great. But I remain vigilant. Looking for sensations and getting frustrated and even angry and worried about said sensations.

It makes so much sense. In protracted withdrawal from antidepressants. I will try as you say but the mind and body generate terror and SI. I say kind things but… In addition my sister was killed 12/5. She was my main supporter on this journey. Not wanting to turn away from God.

I’m so sorry you’re in protected withdrawal. I’m currently tapering off psych meds too. God bless you and I pray your mind and body heals quickly and new sources of support come into your life.

I am having a bit of a setback. Not freaking out. Decided to listen to one of your sessions. Not planning on which one. This one popped up first and darned if it didn't hit the target. How does that happen? "The Universe is talking.....". Something like that. Mostly I am appreciative and once again feel so supported by you.

Thank you! You have tons of great videos, but this one was one of the best for me yet. It just helped me in real time. I've been recovering from CFS (triggered by the trauma of daily vertigo for several months from the covid booster 3 years ago) for the last 6 months and have been making a lot of progress with breathwork, meditation, brain training, somatic work, nutrition and trying to feel whatever I need to feel. I find myself sometimes lately coming back to the basics or early lessons as I deal with some of the flare ups and symptoms returning at times. This was exactly what I needed tonight. Thank you. You are one of a handful of people I've found in this community on KZbin that have really helped me to get my life back! And I know there are more of us out there, watching, learning and healing ourselves than you know.

My mal de debarquement has been 24/7 for 6 and a half years from a 6 hour plane ride. I was a normal person until the day after getting off that plane. How much more can a person take?

Hello, i'm suffering from drug-induced Visual Snow Syndrome. My symptoms are photofovia, extreme starbursting (day and night) , afterimages, hyperacusis, nyctalopia, and other non visual symptoms. It is all about a chemical inbalance in brain after a traumatic bad trip experience. Can you think that you can help me rewire the brain and make it filter again these intened sensations and not experiencing as negative ones?
