Mam nice video but I remember when i was attempting to rco like first you said to go to distal i perforated the tooth so now i start from mesial to distal make outline form and deepening the cavity

Yes I am! But in case you are not confident, you may cut in the mesial direction and develop general shape of the access cavity. After that you may proceed deeper to cut to level of the floor.

Ma'am if there is cavity in distal lingual side n while cleaning that you only get distal canal Should i extend the cavity towards the mesial side ? Is it ok if it increases the width of canal??

u have to extend to the mesial side to open the mesial canals or else it will lead to failure of root canal treatment
