The interviewer means they feel that way about one person referring to siblings (Max, Izzy and Michael) each other or more in general? Because Vlamis also says that with the progressing of the show his character doesn't know to whom is more connected to, so that means that Michael and Alex relationship will come to an end. (Hope that makes sense).
