"Close, not quite the music" Oscar Isaac is the king of correcting interviewers in wrong Star Wars facts, he really shows how big of a fan he is. I'm so happy that someone that loves Star Wars as much as the most hardcore fans gets to have a part in it, it feels so sweet to see how passionate he is about the whole Star Wars universe.

Yes. So true. He has the Charima of Guatemala. Is so beautiful and rich the United Kingdom of Guatemala established since 1609 and that extends from El Soconusco (today Chiapas) to part of Panama. Guatemala is 12th producer of silver in the world and 20th producer of gold besides having massive reserves of nickel, jade and so many other natural resources too bad for almost a century big foreign multinational anglosaxon corporations have been taking almost everything. Long live Juan Santamaria the heroe of Costa Rica who died in battle against the anglo pirates. The Malvinas belong to Argentina, The Esequibo belongs to Venezuela and Belice belongs to Guatemala. Guatemala exploited and sabotaged for almost a century but never gives up!!. God bless

At 5:10, it's subtle and funny, Oscar jokingly comments on what he got paid and then says "the rest went to Harrison." Harrison Ford got $25 million plus a percentage of the profits for his role in this film, in comparison, Carrie Fisher got like 1.3 million and Daisy and John got $450 thousand each. I'm sure though that Daisy at least (not sure what Johns role will be) will be making much more in the next 2 films.

I think he said not quite.
@paulusvii979 жыл бұрын
+Samazin Haha. To be fair the Imperial March is very similar musically to Chopin's Funeral March, that she was humming. Then it's sorta mashed up with the "Mars" movement from The Planets by Gustav Holst. John Williams does that a lot.

+paulusvii97 Ok, so her ignorance is not knowing the Imperial March, but not knowing Chopin's Funeral March, thinking its from Star Wars.

I think the movie needed two or three more scenes in between showing how Po wakes up at night and gets off Jakku and back to the Resistance. That would have been nice to fill in that gap, and given Po more screen time.

Maggy Wing Yep.

I'm not sure you understand how movies work and the fact that the runtime of the film has to be taken into consideration only for the scenes that are necessary. The fact that poe was deemed dead then only to re-appear out of nowhere in an x-wing to save the day is what made the scene better, spending an extra 2-3 mins of showing him escaping etc. is just spoon feeding us what we already know by the end of the film.

The last part, about Anthony Daniels was so great. Hes probably THE ambassador of Star Wars. He's been Threepieo for life. When Oscar comments on that I really felt it. Harrison Ford, as great as he is, and as great as Han Solo is, came back for the money. No one ever appreciates the characters who do it for the passion. Que the "He didnt have any other work or means of income!"
@hitpeppens29328 жыл бұрын
Well I read he was a rude guy. The actor who played R2-D2 said "hello" to Daniels on set while shooting episode 4, and he replied with "can´t you see I´m having an conversation!?" or something like that. Dig it up, if you´re interested.
