You don't understand the level of pain I'm going through with the killing of Big, as if the pandemic isn't hard enough I tuned in to remember better days only to get heartbroken that Big passes. There will always be a Mr. BIG in every woman's life. The one that shakes us to the core so the role of Big hits home.

No offense. But it sound like you put to much stock in a character from a television show. That's odd to me. We can only find true joy and peace from the Lord. I pray you find that in Jesus name. Nothing and nobody else can do that for you. Not money, not clothes, jobs, shoes, or anything else in Jesus name. Be blessed in the Lord. Life brings about unexpected changes. So, you can't put your hope in anything or anyone that you can see with the naked eye. I pray that this helps. This comment didn't reach you by mistake. There is no coincidences in God.

Agreed. These allegations are such BS. This is Bill Cosby all over again. If what these girls are alleging ACTUALLY did happen, then why did they wait all these years to come forward?! The timing of this whole thing is so orchestrated. They literally waited until RIGHT before the premier of the SATC reboot to make these claims. Now, everyone convicting him when he hasn't even been found guilty and hasn't even been charged with anything yet, and we don't know if he ever will be! What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty??? If anything, these girls should realize how lucky they are that they got to hook up with this hottie at some point! I don't believe these allegations for a nanosecond. If someone was truly sexually assaulted/raped, the time to report it is immediately after it happens, not years later. One of the allegations supposedly occurred 18 years ago in 2004, yet this woman is just NOW coming forward in 2021/2022?! COME ON!!!!!

This was well reported. I like the actor Chris North, pretty much in everything I’ve ever seen him in, as an actor. I was upset that some woman he once worked with, said recently that he came in, on the set drunk and leaned in towards her, telling her, “You smell good.” She was calling this a form of sexual harassment. I though to myself 🧐: “Since when does someone complimenting the opposite sex on their perfume or cologne become a form of sexual harassment? That’s just dumb.” Glad the commercial (which got pulled for a quick minute) is back up and airing. Note: as to date, there are no charges, and no further investigation on the actor Chris North (good news).

I know their relationship was toxic and it's fiction but I have been following the series and the two films for so many years... Carrie and Big shared a great love and it's a shame that after all they have been through Carrie says this. Last week I've decided to do a Sex & The City marathon including the films (the show was on when I was in high school and I had rewatched it more than 10 years ago). I've decided to watch And Just Like That as a fan of the show, and see how all the characters were doing after all these years. I got some hints during the 1st episode (Carrie's wedding shoes, and the "I'm just looking at you" line) but I chose to ignore them, only to feel more and more scared during Lily's piano solo cutting to the Peloton... I don't think I've ever been more affected by a character's death. Mr Big is more than just a fictional character for a lot of women like me growing up in the late 90s and early 2000s.

I was really distraught watching the reboot. But it makes sense considering his age in the show. I can’t wait to see if Carrie gets together with aiden.

Noth and SJP also filmed a lot of scenes to throw people off the trail. It seems to have worked because I was totally caught off guard.

It does not sit well with me knowing that the directors were trying to kill off big since the movies. I would like to know why they felt like he had to go?

I am beyond pissed that they killed off Big, ESPECIALLY in the very first episode after we haven't seen these characters in almost 12 years! I'm even more pissed that they cut Big out of the final episode in the Paris scene because of the allegations against Chris. Why are we convicting this man?! What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty?! They are nothing more than allegations at this point and nothing more. He isn't even in any legal trouble and there is absolutely NO proof that anything about these allegations is even remotely true. You can't help but question the timing of these accusations. This is just like what happened to Bill Cosby. I think these girls are looking for a nice payday, which is disgusting. This alleged "sexual assault" occurred YEARS ago, one as far back as 2004. If it REALLY happened, why did these girls wait all these years to say anything??? When you go all these years without reporting it, you lose ALL credibility. It's SUPER suspicious that they waited until RIGHT before the SATC reboot to make these ridiculous claims. I'm sorry, but I call bullshit. If anything, these girls should realize how lucky they are to have hooked up with this hottie.

Oh gosh... I thought by the time Carrie gets home, he will be dead, but nah, he was alive, so Carrie, as a "competent" person she always has been, instead of calling 911 or doing something useful like helping the one in need, starts pushing and pulling John around and shouting his name like a panicking maniac which, as we all know, absolutely helps someone who has an ongoing heart attack... This was so disappointing. I bet she could have saved him, but her character never ever changed from the annoying, ego centric narcissist she was ever since s1e1, so she couldn't really behave in any other, adult kinda way and be useful for once I guess. Not even for the love of her lifes sake... I hope this twist will do her character/personality sg good, otherwise the whole plot was in vain. 😞

And just like that you have a new SCANDAL! SJP had no choice but to stand on the side of all accusers! But, given the character she plays, wouldn't you think anyone working there would feel comfortable about going to her with any complaints of sexual harassment?
