As long as Andrew Chambliss and Ian G. Goldberg are the showrunners she’s not coming back. From the interviews I’ve seen of them they seem very uninterested on Madison and anything from the first three seasons, they very rarely refer to seasons 1-3 they always talk about about season 4 as if it’s the first season that launched the show.

"Nobody's gone until they're gone!" We definitely and surely did not see her confirmed death (i.e., we didn't see Madison actually get eaten on screen, nor did she burn to death on screen, nor did we see a Madison walker on screen), and therefore I believe it's well within the storyboard to bring Madison back! I'm such a strong proponent of this view. Madison deserved so much better than to be killed in favor of making it the Morgan show. Bring her back and reestablish the Clark family as the main family of the show!

Fans are all over the place speculating that Madison is returning in Season 6. I'd love it, but I'd really be shocked. She has this new role on USA's "Briarpatch" and her return seems highly unlikely given the previews we've seen of "Fear" thus far and I believe the rampant rumors would have resulted in a leaked set photo if that were the case. The showrunners on "Fear" have been quite clear on Madison's death unfortunately. And AMC and USA Network aren't directly affiliated so USA would have to allow her to be used (unless her contract states otherwise) and I don't see Madison's return being a one episode surprise or flashback due to the expense. Obviously it could all be one great fake out, but I think we'd have seen some clues as to her return by now.

I genuinely lost interest in Fear once Madison was killed off and think it was a huge mistake replacing her with Morgan as the lead as I feel his arc played it course on the main show and that he works far better as a supporting character anyway. Kim not only from interviews clearly shows she has a huge passion for the role but was actually damn good in the role and had chemistry with the rest of the cast and I would have loved to have seen her meet Rick, Daryl and Carol and company

Whether that's way off in Season 7 or 8, someday someone's gonna realize she deserves to be back.
