No doubt you can get them elsewhere for 1/10th of the price 😂 I have done a web search and this is the kit from a BMW UK supplier for information . cotswoldbmwmotorradonline.co.uk/products/bmw-motorrad-splash-guard-and-radiator-guard-set-k50-k51-r1200gs-gsa-r1250gs-gsa-2014-2021

It’s so easy to get carried away with all the ads ins. The I’ve spent on excess of £3k (not including panniers) on my GS Rallye. Mind you I’ve spent about the same amount on my Triumph T100 getting it to the bike it should have been when it left the factory. It’s so easy to get carried away so be warned, adding accessories is addictive. As long as one goes into the ownership with this in mind one won’t get any nasty surprises. With hindsight I would have bought something else but then, I still love both my bikes. Good job as I can’t now afford to sell either. PS: good point about mentioning all the packages arriving. I try to get them delivered when my wife isn’t at home but then my postie always says, when he hands me yet another parcel, “that’ll be be for the bike then!”

The tyre is pulling to the left with no hands on the bars since it's tracking the camber of the road. You're in the UK and ride on the left hand side of the road where the camber drops off to allow for drainage. Pop over on to the other side of the road and see what happens :)

It’s easy to go crazy with add ons. I bought a Chinese light mount to add some driving lights. Had to tweak them but they work. I have a different one on order though. I used a set of single row Rigid Industries SAE driving lights. Since I already had them. Put on the AltRider skid plate. Beefy. Just found a set of OEM black panniers. I could have went with some other brand and saved money…but I hate all the extra keys. I did buy a Chinese center pannier and it works, but I had to add a different plate to the original back mount plate. So got a good deal on some new BMW panniers and bought them. Dangit. I added another battery tender plug for the left side because I have Harley Davidson heated under gear already. All plugs on the gear are on the left side. Some things you can cheap out on and some you can’t. I did get a mud guard for the back from China and it had a screw to mount it to the upper inner guard rather than just zip ties. Went with the Hexcan instead of the Denali. Same company but some differences. Mainly price. Got a mini soundbomb horn coming. Eh. Headlight protector. Mine didn’t come with the adaptive headlight nor the heated seats, but the full, out the door price was $24,600. Adventure model. I did find one that had the new headlight and heated seats but it was almost 3 grand more. I can live without those. But after all of it, if I did it again, I’d have got the GS low version instead of the regular GSA! I do like the extra tank capacity but I mean I rarely go off road so the low version would have been good enough for the highway. And stopping a bit more with a lesser capacity fuel tank is nothing new. Thanks for the video! Loved it!

Ad note: on your fork tube where you put the helicopter tape, I did one better for me so I can cut down noise. I had taken a piece of kydex 7"T x 12"W, that fits across fork tube with 2" to wrap around each side, and heated the last 3" and shaped it using a 2" diameter can, and did both ends so as to wrap around fork tube on each side. I pre-drilled 4 holes each side & secured w ty-raps....just another take on tube protection & noise reduction. Also, I followed your cockpit cover vid & it went on in 45min. I am currently in the market for a big adv bike and this is a common note for both MG and Bmw boxers and I have a theory that it has to do with the gyroscopic forces created by the engine spinning perpendicular to the direction of travel. I think about that science experiment where you sit in a chair that can spin and hold a spinning tire, then rotate the tire and you begin spinning in one direction or the other. Just a theory. You also have the idea that the engine is trying to spin the bike around the crank and that is why you feel a slight pull in a left direction. It’s tough because I have an all Harley family and they are trying to point out things that could bother me about the bike. When you hands are on the bars, do you still feel it pull or is it just hands free?

30:15 -- I wonder if you just cut / disconnect the brake wire and just leave the position light, turn signal and ground wires intact on each of the indicators... would that throw a CANBUS error or something up on the TFT? It would certainly be alot cheaper than to replace them with those ugly weiser indicators to fix the issue of the indicator light not being visible when the brake light is on. 34:19 -- I actually have the Sena SRL Mesh Intercom for Shoei helmets (I have the Shoei Neotec II) and I am happy to report that I can turn the volume up & down using the BMW wonder wheel! So it's not only BMW intercoms that work with it. I think the problem is that your Sena 10S is quite old (2016) and the bluetooth tech on the BMW is newer; let me explain: Your 2016 Sena 10S has bluetooth 4.1 while your 2022 BMW has bluetooth 5. I previously had the Sena SRL 2 and the wonder wheel didn't work with that and guess what, it had bluetooth 4.1, just like your 10S! My newer Sena SRL Mesh has bluetooth 5 and the volume works perfectly! It even pauses the song if you turn the volume down all the way to mute it, it's brilliant. The only downside is that if a mate tries to talk with you at a traffic light and you haven't put the bike in neutral, it's gets very bothersome trying to turn the wonder wheel down while also keeping the clutch pressed, but that's a first world problem right there 😅 Other than that, here's a list of accessories that I've currently put on my 2022 R1250 GS Adventure so far: (Product - Code) -------------------------------------------------- BMW Motorrad Navigator VI (ECE) - 77528355800 BMW All Weather Motorcycle Cover - 71607689674 BMW TFT Screen Protector Glass - 77522462777 BMW Aluminum TopCase - 77431539595 + 2x 77498544517 + 77448546808 + 77438543194 + 77498543224 BMW Aluminum Case, Left - 77411539593 + 3x 77498544517 + 77418543197 + 77498543224 BMW Aluminum Case, Right - 77411539594 + 3x 77498544517 + 77418543199 + 77498543224 Rubber PrecisionTech - RPT-GSM1T1 + RPT-GSM2T1 Wunderlich Luggage Net (TopCase) - 20572-200 Wunderlich Luggage Net x2 (SideCase) - 20572-000 Wunderlich Side Stand Enlarger - 43920-002 Wunderlich Tool Box - 41601-100 + 41602-002 Wunderlich Hand Guard Extension - 44940-005 Wunderlich Grip Puppies - 42320-000 Wunderlich Frame Plug Set 11-Piece + Tank Protection Bar Caps + Caps For Case Carrier - 42742-102 + 42742-312 + 42742-402 Wunderlich Crossbar, Black - 25037-002 Touratech Dual USB Plug-n-Play socket - 01-030-0084-0 Touratech Front Axle Crash Bung - 01-037-5507-0 Touratech ABS Sensor Protection, Front - 01-045-5005-0 Touratech Side Stand Switch Protector - 01-045-5105-0 Touratech Cardan Crash Bung - 01-045-5505-0 Touratech Cardan guard - 01-045-5500-0 Touratech Hub cap cover, Black - 01-045-5266-0 Puig Headlight Protector - 20814W Puig Racing Screen - 6487W + 7566N Puig Touring Screen - 6486W + 7566N Puig Multi-Adjustable Clip-On Visor - 6375W GIVI Tanklock 5L Tank Bag - GIVI-EA123 + GIVI-BF17 GIVI Ultima-T Waterproof 40L Cargo Bag - GIVI-UT803 GIVI Specific Tool Bag - GIVI-XS5112R MachineartMoto Avant - AV-12GS-LC MachineartMoto MudSling - MS-12GS-LC Motografix - TB051WBR + KB035LCRC + BTI001W Alaska Leather Medium Sheepskin Buttpad, Natural Long Hair

To utilise the down-shift blipper you must have 0% throttle, not 1% or 5%, 0%. Try it out and I think you’ll rethink your thoughts on it.
