The Accessory Dwelling Unit webinar is designed to provide information to planners in the Orlando Metro Section about equitable accessory dwelling unit requirements, best practices and lessons learned in county and city jurisdictions. The Florida Housing Coalition will also provide beneficial insight into the value of accessory dwelling units from a state perspective. Core competencies met by this webinar include research, technical and analytical aspects of accessory dwelling units in communities, as well as plan making and plan implementation. Local government planners will learn how to correctly apply or amend zoning ordinances to encourage the successful and equitable placement of accessory dwelling units and how accessory dwelling units can supplement housing supply during this time of housing shortages.

Love this (outside of the beeping of course ). Where online can one find information on front yard businesses/accessory commercial units, Mixed use Laneways, and open streets fully pedestrian NOT shared? Thank you all !
