Aaj meri ecosport ko back se hit kiya..driver was drunk...I didn't get a penny...police and drunk person get things settled. Police gave a paper for insurance. Ford person says rear wheel cover is not under insurance costs 12k. I am at loss finally. Police says go to court for damage.

If it is not your fault and we claim insurance our car value deprecates and premium increases. Is there a way to claim insurance but it should be deducted from other persons insurance. Point is if other person agrees it is his fault why we should bare the charges

Practical situations in accident is no one admits his mistake and try to put blaim on other party by increasing his voice to get money. Other party also do the same thing,if u remain at accident point, some mischief person in crowd try to steel ur belong from ur car, best solution is immediately leave the accident spot if possible and repaire ur car from ur insurance or by ur own money, ur opinion?
