17:29 Iranians were using 50 year old, outdated bell 212 helicopter and flown in the thick fog. The bell is an american hrlicopter and no proper maintenance can be done because of sanctions. Plus this is 1970 helicopter with outdated technology, no modern electronics, radars, flight control systems as per today's standards and no upgradation because of sanctions.
