When I told my doctor his first response was that I would not be healthy. Today he is a vegan himself! Animal flesh is addicting and yes completely brainwashed.

Starting today no meat. I will start cutting one thing out every two weeks. My next one will be oils to cut out.

Hi, great story and great people, thanks for sharing. I also had very bad psoriatic arthritis. Most of the joints were damaged, unbearable pain, depression. But thank god I found people like you who shared their stories of healing through nutrition. in 2019 I started my plant-based diet and it helped me get back to normal. I did it without any medication, just a whole plant-based diet, movement, exercise, meditation. Also the whole family followed my example, we are now 4 vegans. Good health to everyone, and remember that nutrition is the source of our health. Greatings from Lithuania

It is no accident AJ. It is truly meant to be. Leave for Malaysia Friday, Bali in 2 weeks. Once you figure out veganism there is no turning back! Love it!

38 minutes into this. Originally from Malaysia, now in Australia. Bali is a haven for fruits and veg and spices ..and let’s not forget the jackfruit, meat substitute. Great in a curry. The weather yearns for fresh fruit and vegetables❤

Doesn't it really depend on the person? Veganism is ideal in tropical or hot environments but how about if you live in places like Alaska. I understand the industry is more the issue here. Dr. Shiva Ayadurai talks about this and if you love and you're into saving animals, Shiva also invented technology that helps eliminate animal testing.

What is the pungent fruit that's forbidden in airports and public transportation? I couldn't understand when she, or AJ, said it. Is it available in the US, say Whole Foods? Frozen of course!
