I really don't understand how a town manager doesn't know and understand the citizens constitutional rights. This is an example where the town council should get a manager who understands and agrees with citizen rights. Education for all of his employees are lacking because he really doesn't know or care about our rights.

And the fact that you immediately told him means there was a level of respect between you two!!! That is what is needed!! The biggest difference between "traditional" press and people who do walk in videos is the walk in is trying to get the kind of response the public can expect at any point in time. When the traditional press makes an appointment and says who they are they get fake treatment that does not reflect the way a place operate on a daily basis. That's what an "audit" is all about.

Living in Palmer I can’t stand the town manager. Every time I go into town hall to visit family whom work there I always run into an issue. However for the cops they are always helpful and very knowledgeable. It’s a shame that Palmer could have a better standing with companies looking to move into town and a few other small town politics it’s a very nice town
