Your video was very educational. I'm hoping you can answer an Odoo question. If I create a product card in Odoo, do I need to set up the accounting tab with the correct receivables and payables accounts? Do you have a youtube video on that?

This depends a bit on the version of Odoo you have installed as well as the packages. I've experienced situations where you must specifically setup the accounts for products. Most of the time however Odoo will be fine with the defaults. With everything in accounting you always want to double check the functionality for the Odoo build and configuration you are implementing.

Greetings, yes. When you are importing data into Odoo you get full control of the fields that are populated. This way you can pretty much create any kind of journal entry you wish.
