the format of invoice, credit notes, or any other source document can vary slightly between businesses. Important is to remember the contents of the documents, which will be same - like in an invoice - usual contents are - date, name and address of seller, name and address of buyer, invoice number, description of goods sold, quantity, rate, value, etc.
