Hey Patrick I'm new to your channel I'm using accounting as a whole to read financial statements in a 10K of company. Basically to help improve my comprehension on being individual stock picker. I know that's not the true goal of an accountant per say. But can I use accounting to improve my researching skills on analyzing a business if it's a good stock for me to invest in?. I know theirs other ways off analyze stocks and may it simple but just putting it into a index fund. But my personally I think accounting will help at least 70% of stock research the rest is valuation multiples, conference calls, watching the news ( C-Span), 8K reports etc. If I'm wrong I will stand corrected I'm still learning just SO much to cover if I really want to do this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated Thanks
