12:00 Doubt: In the 2nd formula of Operating Profit shouldn't we also add operating income because if we see = RFO - Operating Cost = RFO - COGS - Operating Expenses = Gross Profit - Operating Expenses.; Comparing it with formula no. 1 shouldn't we also add Operating Income?

RFO is considered as Net sales, because: 1. Revenue from operations reflects the income generated from the company's primary activities, excluding any non-operational income 2. Net sales are derived by subtracting returns, allowances, and discounts from gross sales. So Revenue from operations accurately represents the actual income the company retains from its sales activity.
