I'm a bit confused. Do you soak before peeling for many hours or do u only soak for 6 to 8hrs after you have peeled it for easy blend? Yourvideo showed only 5 mins soak before peeling. Is it easier to peel that way?
@PreciousKitchen5 жыл бұрын
Hi, yes I only soak for 5 minutes before peeling in the blender. It is easier to peel that way. Then I leave it to soak. That way I can just blend the next morning.

So what are the names of the spices/seasoning
@MEmmam-sp4su4 жыл бұрын
there are still pockets of the original african traditions practiced in the carribean. They use exactly the same thing using black eye peas(beans), green peppers, salt and other ingredients are optional. prepared same method as accra(African) and fried in deep oil.this specific to Jamaica. you will be surprised that till this day garri is also made in the Caribbean. this is the carribean in 1960s kzbin.info/www/bejne/b3K3mZ-trM-tY7s not very different from African high civilization .
