I will have yarn left over from the alpine cardigan to make this skirt and I’m so excited! I love the use of single crochets on one end of the row to create the waist band. It reminds me of the slip stitch sleeve on the sweater dress. I love it!

Yes, waist band is composed of single crochet and the rest is HDC, it’s just a repeat of one row all through

Just make a chain as long as 27 inches, enough rows to cover 41 inches. Honestly this was my first try so I’ve not done it in any other sizes . That’s why I use measurements based and not rows or inches so that you can easily adjust to your own measurements.
