I can confirm that this unit is GREAT!!! I received my HE version yesterday and I was blown away with the quality and range and simplicity and power of the Accsoon Go app. Nice to have a small footprint receiver for my 1AC focus puller rig for the steadicam that I don't have to worry about going around walls or buildings and at the same time have a tablet or phone for other roles to monitor. Now I just need 2 more setups for my B & C cameras.

Great stuff! Any idea can you receive multiple signals (from multiple transmitters) into one receiver and switch between them? This would be very useful feature for one-man-band multicam production, for example in live-events to check status and framing between different cameras instead of running around the venue.

No the Rode Wireless GO mic started braking up past 600 feet but I had the backup internal recording on the transmitter that I used in the edit. The accsoon video transmitter is a lot more powerful then rode Wireless GO mics.

Thanks for the review but for the distance test you really should've run 60p, 24fps is the lightest data load which probably explains the extra long range.

I have heard great things about this... and I realize I would need to test it... but I am having a heck of a time getting a wireless unit work inside a large arena. My Hollyland S400 will literally not connect to any channel, and my (now 7 year old) cinegear Ghost eye will only work with a flat panel antenna (and it requires the wifi gods to align perfectly for that to be usable. the slightest position being off will cause it to drop signal). I've been looking at this pretty closely... HOWEVER... I fear it will run into the same issues. But I don't want to spend thousands to get what I need. Wireless stuff is so frustrating.

@@robertruffo2134 I find it interesting that you are so knowledgeable then why are you using words like “much, much, less” instead of the exact delay in frames and or milliseconds on an IPAD? The real FACT is…because you DON’T know. 😂😂😂 Next time keep it moving Mr. Tech Science.
@robertruffo21345 ай бұрын
@@4sightfilmsLLC OK. Will do. Latest Hollyland measured 100s-105 ms - oddly seems distance dependent - not sure why. This is too much to pull focus happily. Older models were worse I hear but I never measured them. Then you have to add whatever delay your monitor has on the other end so another +-20ms (SmallHD = total 120-125ms) or 60ms (Feelworld, most other cheaper brands are around that = 160ms to 165ms getting into completely unusable for any serious AC). When using an Accsoon straight to a recent-ish iPad or iPhone via their app, the TOTAL delay (transmitter + monitor) is 50-55ms in standard quality, which is more than fine for pulling focus. It's literally a bit less than a straight cable to a Feelworld, and less than 1/3rd the delay of a Hollyland hooked up to a prosumer monitor and less than half a Hollyland hooked up to a SmallHD (which costs way more than an iPad) . These are facts, measured carefully. If you use a Nyrius you will get crap range, BUT for +- 300$ you can get zero delay - so the same delay as a straight cable - to a monitor. This only is only helpful, however, vs an Accsoon straight to an iPad, if your monitor is a low-lag gaming monitor or a SmallHD Of course no matter what, you are also adding whatever delay your HDMI or SDI output suffers from. Often cameras have better/faster SDI ports than HDMI, but it depends on the brand. This can be 15-20ms (real cinema camera like Red, ARRI) or up to another 80-120ms (many DSLRs)
