I was a victim.at the courts I accepted my attempted murderers apology. And at my statement I said," I truly hope this young man now having some sobriety may take advantage of this and evaluate his life and choices and do better." The judge said my statements made him realize that he as a human needed to reevaluate his thoughts and treatment of those before him. He also said he intended to have a meeting with the prosecutors personnel to have all take a good look at what they were doing . Judge Dixon in Thurston County, Washington. He also said my words and thoughts were nothing more than, pure grace. I hope he did what he expressed as important to the court system.

What is it about public offices that allows staff to decorate the desks with unnecessary clutter 2 minutes in and the desk is overflowing with junk. There is a problem when staff think photography is illegal and that the glass enclosing the office cannot be photographed through. Denise Phillips whose husband is in the CID, recorded a member of the public with her cell and claimed she was on her break which does not matter it is still a public record. GT specifically asked if this area was private said yous should block the room off, the sad face woman claimed that the area was open to the public and that he was allowed to use his camera, but deputy silly claims it was private and she backtracked so quickly there was black tyre prints on the carpet. I know why deputy silly is so heavy he is so filled with s*it. Sad face woman, is suddenly combative, ordering a member of the public out of a public area, just because he is recording and the staff is uncomfortable. Judge Parks seems to have difficulty with understanding, claiming he was filming in the restroom, someone just said you were, if he has problems understanding he needs to stand down the witness said he was filming as she went to the restroom, and he is deciding cases where liberty is at stake.

In all honesty "judge"...restroom or not, ...PUBLIC IS PUBLIC! Of course though, ...filming IN a PUBLIC restroom, would seem to be a generally accepted "no no", ....but again STILL IS NOT ILLEGAL! To prove the point, ...what if citizens began to complain that the bathrooms in this public building were being horribly neglected and were filthy, smelly, and/or in disrepair? It would be 100% within ANY/ALL AMERICAN CITIZENS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, AND ALL LAWS to photograph and film in them, in order to report the situation to the public! But YES, ...I would 100% agree that in 99.9% of situations, that photographing and filming in public bathrooms is "UNCOUTH", BUT ...THIS exact, seemingly innocuous example ...IS PRECISELY WHY THE CONSTITUTION AND LAWS ARE WRITTEN THE WAY THEY ARE!
