I feel so fortunate to have seen them live twice! First time was few weeks before this, June '96. I was 16. Never been to rock concert, barely allowed out the house. I was right at the front, blew my frigging mind!! Nothing can prepare you for how loud it is, how the bass affects you way you breath, the atmosphere, the energy, totally immersive. Watching this takes me right back there. I had a shit time as a teenager. But AC/DC were with me every single step, Ride on along my Highway to hell. This music gave me focus. A direction. I worked the whole summer '96 saved up nearly £1000, a shit load of money for someone who never had any, used to get 50p a week allowance.... Spent every damn penny on a cherry red Gibson SG Standard. Learned to play every AC/DC song I loved. Thank you Angus, thank you Malcolm RIP, ROCK ON 🤘🤘🤘
