My older brother once drank vinegar when he was little and it was late at night. The vinegar was inside the fridge, for some reason. Anyway. Long-story short, he drank some of it even though it was warm and only the next morning did he realize what he had done. I drank straight white wine vinegar cuz I wanted to taste the difference between white wine vinegar and red wine vinegar to determine what was a better substitute for rice wine vinegar. Never do what I did. My throat started burning and nothing I could do would make it stop burning. My voice was raspy for a couple days afterwards, even though it was just a sip.

Ok so table vinegar is diluted, it can, at most, give you slight burns or make you throw up. Straight up 100% vinegar though would give you chemical burns and you'd end up in the hospital.

Vinegar is cool, people drank diluted vinegar in past eras because it's more resistant to bacteria than water, plus some other medicinal effects. It also hidrates you well enough, simply not as well as pure water. Depending on the concentration, I could drink a bottle of vinegar and feel fine despite not liking vinegar. PS: DON'T drink a bottle of pure vinegar, at least not routinely.

Vingar is good for you. And just like with anything else just dont over do it. Black coffee has benefits but generally more then a cup isnt recommended but it wont make you sick unless your sensitive to it.
