Ace Combat 2 - Final Mission: Fighter's Honor & Ending

The location of the enemy's headquarters fortress has been confirmed, and Scarface must now head to North Point to bring down the last refuge of the enemy, Fortress Intolerance! Which means it is time to unleash the XFA-27! The supreme fighter of this game, boasting maximum stats in nearly every area and the ability to launch 4 missiles instead of 2!
What stands against that power now? Some enemy tanks, an infinity of F-15S and last but not least, the latest iteration of Z.O.E., now flying the ADF-01 to protect the fortress!
The ADF-01 takes three missiles to go down, has the ability to fire backwards and can perform maneuvers such as the Cobra, but none of that is a match for you at this point!
After dispatching those defenders, you must attack the fortress itself at four different points, pro-tip, attack from the sides, a frontal assault will have you exposed to machine gun fire, the first two points have AA guns guarding them, the other two have SAMs.
Once all those points are destroyed, the vent will open for you to fly in and destroy the last SLBM, do so and the rebellion will be brought to an end!
After that, we enjoy the relaxing ending as well as the Bonus Attract, and that's a wrap! An entire playthrough, showcasing every plane in the game, and with not a single point of damage received to boot! Now I feel like I've done this game justice!

I was amazed when I first reach this mission and found out the music was the same as the first briefing. Perfect ending for my favorite AC ever.

Just realized that the destruction of Fortress Intolerance essentially goes down similarly to the destruction of Megalith in AC4: You swoop into a tunnel, blow up a gigantic rocket, and fly out in a blaze of glory.

I was very lucky when I fought the Falken since I shot it down the moment I encountered it (it was headed towards me so I just shot it down and that was it lol). knew about the reverse firing missile thing but never got to experience it.

I remember when I first beat this, I had no idea you could go inside the fortress. I kept flying around and was nearly out of fuel when I took one more pass and saw the tunnel!
