Ace Combat 7 | ACE Difficulty S-Rank | Mission 14 | High Speed Canyon Run

Mission 14 of a video series showing all S-Ranks on ACE difficulty.
Tips: Use a plane with good stability. A very maneuverable plane might be too twitchy for high speed canyon flight. The Su-34 is very suited for this.
For the attack I recommend using 4AGMs (or 8AGMs to get all ground targets quickly.
Destroy the planeson the ground with your MG, they count towards aerial MG kill medals (which gets you an A-10C skin at 200 total kills)

On my 3rd or 4th attempt at this run I somehow ended up doing an inverted immelmann maneuver on the sharp S turn. The most anxiety inducing moment in my gaming experience.

He’s going too fast, doesn’t he know this road? 😂😂😂 Also you can shorten your turns if you airbrake and accelerate at the same time, it basically cuts your turns in half

I find it easier to navigate through there without the use of High-G turns. Often times I ended up severely underestimating my turn with the F-15E and slammed into the inside wall :D

One way I found to deal with the crappiness is just literally floor it thru the damn canyon and stay relatively close to the mission ceiling much like you see in the video. Slow rolling it on the canyon floor and getting spotted by those stupid spotlights by moving too slow (also, seriously what backwater country searchlights a canyon like that with modern radar being a thing ಠ_ಠ) was what was killing me.

this is literally my favorite mission, best planes to use are the su-47 and YF-23 with unguided bombs, you can take everything out before it takes off minus the fighters that fly in.

S-ranked it on my first go, but that doesn't mean I like it. It's really tedious and the spotlights make absolutely no sense. It's as if these fighter jets aren't deafeningly loud like they are in real life.

The canyon run gets easier the more you do it. I try to stay close to the searchlights themselves, the beams are easier to dodge at their source.

Unrealistic, and i'm not talknig about weapons. On 0:58 everyone perfectly can see the afterbutner and get caught.

@@SkylineGTRFreak No shit, those Saturn turbofans are loud, and at multiple points you even broke the sound barrier, and the intense light from the afterburners, and the shock-wave around you. Ya if this was IRL you would have been spotted by the first spotlight.
