There are two ways to obtain the Mihaly skin for the X0-2S. One version is just the red and black design without emblems. Then theres the better version with the Sol Squadron, EASA, and Erusean Emblems. In order to obtain the simple red and black color schemed skin, you have to shoot down all enemy Aces in the campaign. But for the better-detailed Mihaly skin with emblems, it’s a paid skin. It’s apart of DLC #3, and comes with the ADFX-01 Morgan aircraft. Buy that and you also get the skin with it.
