I can see how Infinity is a prologue. I also like that play on words at the end, originally it was "The day day our sky fell, the heavens split to create new skies." which made the players think it was referring to the original Ulysses disaster, but at the end it's changed to "That day our sky fell, the heavens split to create new skies." which means it was actually referring to the second Ulysses disaster not the first. The Mobius teaser also makes sense because the story thus far has pretty much been a lead up to Ace Combat 4 because a large cause of the Usean Continental war was because of refugees and Erusea's refusal to take a portion in. Ironically in this world "Erusea" aka Usean Federation which is mostly comprised of Eurasian territory, was actually made up of refugees. Of course now there are many routes that could be taken, The Usean Federation could just be Erusea and the UN could be ISAF or could The Usean Federation actually survive to the next campaign and have an civil war within itself, maybe in this Usean War Iyuli is the new Erusea. There are so many places they could take this, I just hope they don't ruin it.

I know I'm a bit late to the conversation, but Infinity isn't a prologue to anything that the main games cover. The main games (ones with a number in their title) take place in the fictional world of Strangereal, an alternate version of Earth. The geography and politics are different there and the countries and history aren't the same as the Infinity universe. While there are plenty of references to the other games in Infinity, Infinity is not directly tied to them story-wise in any way.

This REALLY didn't feel like an ending mission to an AC game. I know Infinity was more about the arcade and getting the community to take part in events but even so the campaign feels like they didn't even try. The majority of the missions are simply recycled missions from before (for craps sake they didn't even bother calling it something other than Stonehenge) and none of them really feel like they're building to anything. Every mission, even this final one, feels like it's just a random mission pulled somewhere from the middle of one of the other games better campaigns with no real build-up or climatic finish. I really want to like this game as they clearly took at least some of the complaints people had about Assault Horizon to heart and tried to fix them. But it feels like they either had a lack of funding or production time because the whole affair feels halfbaked. Oh well.

Goldenkitten1 The ending portion I believe feels more olike a teaser then anything else. I believe that, Im only guessing, that this game is the Prelude to the future release of the next Ace Combat game. I believe that it may be a remake or a retelling of the game Ace Combat 4 Shattered Skies.. Though it is missing Megalith, Excalibur, XB-0 Hresvelgr, Chandlier. I think there might be more but I'm unsure. What I do know is that it takes some of the aspects from Ace Combats 4, 5, 0, and 6, but based on the more realistic setting like in Assault Horizon . So yeah I believe that this game is made more as both a filler and a pre-lude game to a future release of Ace Combat for the PS4/Xbox one though I have a feeling that it may be PS4 exclusive.

What you are missing here is a key component to that last "Mobius 1" Scene Look closely! there appears to be "red alert" lights going across the emblem multiple times. Maybe Mobius 1 Fights with you, because the emblem has red alert signs, typically meaning he is being attacked... OR it could in fact mean he fights against you, because you are currently attacking USEA (the country he reCLAIMED for ISAF)

you have to activate it so it says 12 hours left check your hangar, then play co-op or tdm and you will get double score credits, use it if you have minimum 30 fuels to 50 and be sure to play 8 hours to 12 hours or else it is wasted, it's just 2$ anyway

Yup Ace Combat in my opinion is the only game that is 1 original, 2 only game of its type to survive the horrors that is FPS and 3 has the best controls for piloting planes thus far.

You should watch the date of the vid. At this time it wasnt confirmed its SOLG. Coulda been Megalith because it can fire large missiles that can interrupt asteroids flightpaths, forcing them to fall into the earth's atmosphere ;)
