My thoughts on it are. Its a Magnetic field that holds The Plasma in place stabilizing it then you load a Magnetic Bolt that has its own Magnetic field just weaker then the main one so it will attract near by Plasma but just enough for it to stably hold it in place. Then you fire that Bolt out with The Plasma attached and when it hits a target or any solid surface the Bolt explodes covering the Solid surface Target or not with Hot Green Plasma. Respect and keep up the epic work.
