I just transcribed 1975 live versions of his solos in Got To Choose and Hotter Than Hell….and I have to say, he was really great and wrote some very very memorable solos that have great phrasing, melody and note choice. There is a reason I am still watching and he is still playing to this day…songs, memorable solos.
