Where you live has a big impact on earning potential, just to let people know. I don't know any trainers in my local area making $40k a year, certainly not any of the ones working at commercial gyms and not even the independent ones that own their own gyms either. Not saying it doesn't happen, but it must be few and far in between because I know a bunch of fellow trainers and most of them need a second job to make ends meet.

I am studying for the NASAM and it's been the most confusing thing ever!! And they only give you 6 months!! Not 12!!

Yes, you have to be CPR certified which you can do locally for a small fee and they give you a card for completing it.
