Gm, just started Wset Level 2 on May 27. I would like to thank you for helping with my head start. However SAT tasting approach is a lot to take in. Especially when you’re not use to consuming wine in this structured order. Please help! How can I break down the primary aromas and flavors to better memorize?

Thank you for your question. Simple answer is to start memorizing the SAT and practice tasting wines looking at the SAT. Make few tasting notes like this. Practice and it will become second nature. Read, watch videos, practice making tasting notes. I hope this helps. Stay Thirsty and Wise
