Acebeam W30 4000k vs Thrunite TN42 Cool White

You should do W30 4000K, vs W30 6500K. Just a suggestion, probably too expensive.

Thanks for the video! I have Thrunite TN42 neutral white and consider to get Acebeam w30 4000K. But is the tint of the 4000K W30 THAT yellow???!!! It looks bigger difference than common difference between cool white ~6000K and neutral white 4000K, I would say W30 looks something like 3000K in the video. Does that correspond to your live experience or does the camera exaggerate the tint difference compared to what eye perceive?

The Acebeam W30 4000K do look like it in my video. Basically, the tint is purely yellow. If you're concern about the tint color, go for the 6500K or CRI>90. I haven't see CRI>90 in person, so i don't know how it looks like in real life. I found someone post a picture. You can check it out. @@IGUANA0707 Thanks! Actually even the CRI looks bluish beam but a bit greenish in the spot. Difficult to say if I like 6500K or CRI better in this case. But the 4000K looks like 3000K and not only that: it looks piss yellow, not in my liking

I know. I was like in your position. Which should I choose between, either 6500K or 4000K? By then, not many people had seen it. I took a gamble, I choose 4000K. My reaction was like... Hmmm, this is not what I expected. As a result, I end up bought another one, 6500K. One thing for sure, the tint of lep lights probably wouldn't be good, but it surely are fun lights.

Which torch is which in your comparison? I can see one has a yellow beam and the other is a cool bluey white. But if you can confirm which torch to which beam that would be helpful. Cheers

Sorry, I'll make sure to mention it next time. I'm just doing this video for fun. The yellow beam is W30 4000K, the cool white one is TN42.

The TN42 has spill and the Acebeam @W30 has none. If you see any other videos with the W30 you can identify it because it has no spill whatsoever.

I have now on year the ACEBEAM W30 and i have no regreds about buying it , every evening when i walk the dogs i use it for a few minutes, awsome torch , specialy when it is foggy, just buy one and see

NOt aan LEP but a nice medium flashlight. The Nextorch PA5 WITH aan cree XPL neutral White i use it its more a warm White 3400K ish, next to a standard coolwhite fluorescent lamp wich is 4000 4200K i Am happy 660 lumens zoomable long runtime even om high lukewarm heavy robust

Why do they consider this as a laser? The laser does not go out of the flashlight, it's like a CD reader. CD readers are legals!

W30 do come in 6500K( cool white), but it is not purely white. The tint is a bit yellowish on the center, white at the edge. I actually have both 4000K and 6500K, just too lazy to make a video.

No. Because the Acebeam W30 is classified as a laser. And is not meant to be pointed toward the skin - otherwise it could damage your eyesight or your skin.
