as someone from Michigan I always find the great lakes on the OSEA-Belkan boarder funny as it is very obvious in its shape. As well as the fact that Belka is somehow able to move a military, planes or not, nicely through there as all the major land masses that make up the great lakes are not connected.

Im not sure whether Project Aces used it or not but I remember in early 2000's I found this random map generator for fiction writer. I remember using it and at one time the generator generated a map that looks exactly the same as the strangereal map.

Making this video was a great idea and if you ever decide to make another one I'd suggest a few things: -color the sea so it's easier to distinguish land from the sea -constantly zoom in and out of a bigger map WITHOUT EFFECTS to show accurately where the wars happened -use small pins/images that represent conflicts to show where it happened (tough one since we don't know much about most conflicts but still it's nice to have a visual of sorts) -maybe keep a time line on the top with a marker for every conflict or major event that happened to show how long was it between events

You could have interesting setting for a game with the Yuktobanian wars from the late 80s. Playing as a Yuke squadron and maybe later in the game you start to encounter secret Osean and Belkan fighters helping the opposite side, setting up Zero in a way.

It’s interesting they have a similar calendar with a similar technological progression to our own world. It’s a fantasy world, they could have gen4 and gen5 style fighter jets for thousands of years , and have a totally different calendar because they can.
