the directional aspect is in some situations preferable sometimes you want more off axis rejection [i think that's the technical term] so that might actually make it useful in certain situations hope all is well and thanks for the video also i like that eclipse i had a 7 string one it was nice i just couldn't get use to the shorter scale length I've been on longer scales too long but was a great guitar
