For laptop doesn't have a reset button/hole (Acer e5-571 in my case). Turn off, remove the battery, hold the power button for 20 seconds, plug anything back and then turn the laptop on.

some times you can remove the battery cable or battery itself wait for 5 sec then put again and try to open, sometimes its work

it means that the battery itself have issue or maybe damage, better you have battery spare parts to test if battery is damage or not.

At the hole under the laptop, commonly have icon battery and have hole, you need to reset using pin, in 3 sec.. then try to power on.
