Some tips: 1. Install the monitor software - it will allow easily switching modes from your desktop without clicking the monitor buttons. Modes can also be changed and overwritten with new settings. 2. Use Twinkle Tray - quick brightness adjustment from an icon in the taskbar. (Yup) 3. For pro users - install the provided color profile. 4. FreeSync NVIDIA - this requires a displayport cable, it won't work over HDMI.

A desk mount definitely changed my life. The base takes up quite a bit of space. Also, being able to freely adjust and move the monitor around is priceless.

@@darthdaenerys All monitors that are HDR 400 are basically a gimmick. It works, and it does look awesome, but ultimately SDR is more enjoyable. When HDR is on the contrast is washed out and the blacks are significantly brighter than when in SDR. There's a good video on KZbin that explains why, idr what video though. As for overall brightness, it's bright enough with full room sunlight, and gets low enough for pitch black to be comfortable - in SDR. TL;DR - If HDR is really important, I'd recommend finding a monitor with at least 600 knits. There's still a benefit in terms of color, but HDR 400 is meh. SDR looks fantastic, though.

This needs to be known more and more, if your using 10 bit mode then you have to use dp port which limits the hz to 120.

PS5 VRR only works with HDMI 2.1 ports, so 4K displays only

No I didn't... it really depends on the purchase and I have heard some monitors despite being the same specification..do have issues as you mentioned... please return and get it replaced

Sorry i should have mention majority for gaming on casual high graphics games like shadow of the tomb raider at around 100fps, I want to try out if beyond 60fps at 144hz monitor will give a very good motion smoothness 3D feel or not. Currently I have 4k 60hz monitor, and before this have the bad smearing issue 32inch 2k 165hz monitor, both of them are VA panel and I don't experience the motion smoothness beyond 60fps... Hello, I have a question, I am a photo and video editor and I would like it to be 10bit. I have an rtx 3060 video card. In srgb mode in the windows info it tells me that it is at 8bit and I want it to be 10bit, I already know about 120hz and it is how it is currently configured. It only put me 10 bit when I put HDR but it lowers me to 8bit. How can I activate it? Thank you!

Did you try the settings in the nVidia control panel? That's where I changed the color depth to 10 bit

​@@rtechreviews Yes, I tried it, in the change resolution panel, at point 3 in the rgb color mode it only leaves 8bit, but if I change it to YCbCr I give it apply then it lets me change to 10bit. The issue is what is better rgb or YCbCr422 or 444 for these monitors?, and also what color to leave on the monitor panel if to leave it in srgb or in another. Thanks for answering!
