I fixed this issue by removing the Ram, turning on laptop, turning off, install 1 ram, see if it turns on, if not, remove ram and install other ram. this worked for me.

i have same issue with my Predator. It turned on etc, until battery just died, but it didn't charge at all. I Hope my motherboard is ok, repair like this will cost here a lot. When I get home i test my charger first, then i take it apart, using.your video

It was my charges, it burned down. Bought a new one, it came out that there was only three chargers available for my country. Checked new charger with heath gun, it showed 70-75 °C when gaming

He lacked a couple of tools All you need to perfom better or similar is -Soldering Iron/station -Soldering Flux -Tin wire -digital multimeter -microscope at least 20x zoom -a really really great lamp, maybe 20w or you can buy hiking headlight gear. With only those you're safe to go sweet as butter

I don't use schematics. The capacitor is always about 10 uf to 22 uf.
