Hi 👋 I’m looking for a laptop like the ‘ProArt Studio Book One’ It should be VR ready, an high refresh rate screen like 240Hz-300Hz. Portable laptop. My Max budget is €5.600 euros. I’m a Multipotentialite and so I do everything from 3D Modeling, video/photo editing, as Pro Gaming, business and Ethical Hacking. So the laptop should easily handle large-scale computations and graphics-intensive applications while gaming performance is also great as (gaming laptops).

All the companies provide laptop for their employees becuase they all rocking the same for 50 people so each of them has the same model and they all had intel cpu ( in was like damn so much money and that's just one damn company , imagine other thousands of companies with intel cpu based laptops ) . Shockingly in the past 2 years I have seen only 1x company that had 8x AMD cpu based laptops , I remember greeting them and looking around seeing the AMD sticker on them not had the chance to see what cpu it was but they were all same model . Sadly then it hit me that " damn no laptops with AMD cpus " . Kinda agree, but it really depends. I bought a ryzen 7 1700 for my last build thinking the same thing. Big mistake. The system is highly unstable. Seriously, it can’t run a game for over an hour without crashing or having some error, the system is less responsive compared to a way older i5 system, and the bsod has become a new friend of mine. Though, I don’t think it’s all the cpus fault, it’s probably the Rx 580 I put in the system, as it’s not uncommon for people to see errors and poor drivers and software support in it, also because most of the errors relate in some way to the graphics card. This was my first amd build, and compared to my literally every other pc and build which has been intel and nvidia, I’m pretty disappointed, and I’m not even kidding when I say I’ve never, ever had something crash on me on and intel nvidia pc or had any error whatsoever unless I had something to do with it. I genuinely like amd ryzen (Radeon needs some improvement with their software) and would definitely %100 recommended ryzen to anyone building a budget pc. I know it’s a 1700, and there’s also a second variable (rx 580) in the system, but until I see cold, hard proof with my own eyes that it’s not ryzen at all, which would be seeing a friends pc or installing an nvidia card in the system and watching my problems disappear, I would go for better safe than sorry for myself (unless I’m doing a budget build), but shhhh 🤫, don’t tell the AMD crazy fanboys! Lol.

@@hamzarizvi4378 i got a R5 3600 and no problems at all and so do many others, maybe something else is wrong in your system or you got a defective cpu than can happen too that the manufacturer doesnt notice such error.2
@hamzarizvi43784 жыл бұрын
@David that’s because it’s a 3rd gen ryzen, those are less problematic, and I 100% would recommend it to anyone doing a budget build with that cpu. 1st gen are known to have some issues, I’m not the only one. I also would have been better off with an nvidia gpu, since the Radeon drivers kinda suck. Also, new update, the computer suddenly stopped working! I rebuilt the system TWICE, again! Still didn’t fix it! I eventually found out that d.o.c.p was the culprit, and not just d.o.c.p, but any ram speed over the processor’s supported ram speed. Really?!? I paid a lot extra for 3200mhz ram, which doesn’t even work anymore at its advertised speed, and I’m more inclined that it’s a processor issue , because that’s the only thing in my system that was being overclocked by d.o.c.p. I’m not hating on amd, or ryzen, I would actually prefer the ryzen 5 3600 in budget builds, as it has a good performance to price ratio. But I realize that intel is still the king in the high-end gaming zone. If my cpu is defective, then I would be even more inclined towards intel, because I have never ever received a defective intel product, but if my first product from amd is defective, I would need to see improvement with my own eyes to go back to them, because in my past experiences, retrying a company you don’t have any experience with who gave you a defective product doesn’t usually end well.

Thanks!! Sorry phones have been boring lately so I've stayed away from them. But I do have a new phone video coming out next week along with a PC Build towards the end of the month. What else would you like to see? I'm always open to feedback!

@@MatthewMoniz A lot of categories feel a bit oversaturated, so I get you! PC build sounds nice, maybe hackintosh builds could be cool? Otherwise I think I'd like a comparison between your favorite products, maybe half year updates on the best laptops(/products) released so far each year, almost as a summary of previous reviews (your recommendations basically) 😊

Hi I want to enquire whether a Acer Predator Helios 300 will be available with a ryzen 5 4600h . The Ryzen 4000 processes with the Helios 300 build quality will be the best laptop in the market. Can we expect Helios 300 with this specifications?

What is the difference between swift 3 r5-4500U with 8RAM vs the swift 3 r7-4700U with 16RAM? Which would you recommend and why? Thanks.

I just returned my AMD variant of the Matebook D 2020 because the fans would ramp up when browsing the web and they couldn't be controlled. Curious to know how these fans operate. Can you modify the fan curves? and if you can't do they ramp-up after reaching a certain temperature (and if so what temp do they ramp up)?

matthew, something i have to correct you in. In the latest update of premiere, in now accept hardware decoding with amd and nvidia gpu´s. When is enabled, i tested this on a 3700u and it it´s about 3 time faster as with it disbled encoding a 4k30fps h264 video. So it´s about on par (if not better) than with any intel cpu.

People complaining about the AMD display but having in mind it runs on integrated graphics... The Vega 8 is not made for a 4k display, 1080p is great for it! Also, has anyone seen 2k or 4k on a 15 inch? There's no difference. Only thing I agree is the brightness, no one expects perfect colour accuracy at that price point.

If I'm not mistaken, the only swift 3 with 3:2 display is the swift 3 air They also have the swift 3 intel with 16:9 display

Is the intel model's pwm screen flickering(easily visible in your video) visible to naked eye and does this flickering ruin video experience?

I just ordered the intel i5 version with 16gb for £429, Not sure if its a bad deal and should have went with the ryzen which was more money? The ryzen 5 is £500 here in the uk but comes with 8gb instead of the 16.

Hello, idk much about laptop esp these AMD and intel stuff but i have noticed that the AMD one has the lower brightness than the Intel. I just wanted to ask if you could still see things on the screen of AMD if you're using it at the daylight? Thank you!
