I've repaired quite a few of these (~150 units at work), similar problem with blocked power/bent/pushed back pins. Fortunately they charge via USB-C so I often flag the stock acer charger.

im guessing you have a celeron or pentium process in there and its only using emmc storage

i wouldnt recommend that, it will require a full tear down of the laptop
