Fully drilling the plastic throttle end and moving the throttle over slightly to the left are soooo key!

That throttle grip is trapped against the hand guard, that will most definitely hang, I’ll be neatly trimming mine back slightly for good measure.

They are pretty stable expesaly these ones these are the x factory so if ur bike falls over the handguards will pertect ur grips and ur clutch/brake, cuz it has that bar thing going in the grip.

There are adapters for tapered handlebars to put in the clamps, why haven't you used them...???🤔

Hello, I was wondering what happend when the motorcycle falls on the side with the gas handle. Is it possible that the protection slides further into the bar and may block the gas?

How wide do you drill with the step drill? Just enough to fit the expanding end of that bolt? Or further?

2 mm bigger than size of bolt.

Yes, 22mm is 7/8, standard handlebar size all over the world.

My throttle doesn’t snap back when I tighten everything down. Any tips?

Unscrew the throttle a little and move it left so you will se end od the handle bar (1-2mm)

Give me some fucking words. I bought these hand guards and I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. They DO NOT fit a Yamaha TW200. A waste of $90.

Bought these for my xt350 and they won't fit right I ordered a different hardware kit hopefully it will work
