Dear Hassan, the numbers 0-9 refers to the opening of the metering orifices in the pressure chamber which is adjusted thru rotation against the adjustment chamber (similar to valves). 9 is complete open and 0 is closed. The effective weight is defined thru this - each model has his own effective weight range and can be found on the ACE website or catalog. BR André

The numbers 0-9 represent what exactly? pounds? kilograms? newtons? and how many newtons for example?
