The part where Spider-Man was driving with Doc Ock is from a story arc from the show where his memories were erased by Ock and a few other villains to use him as their getaway driver for crime sprees. Due to the intervention of a little girl he saved before his memory was wiped and a taxi driver he was able to regain his memories eventually to stop the villains and save the girl and the driver.
