Catch and cook octopus, shrimp, blue crabs and redfish all in one day!! I've never made a seafood boil like this and it was phenomenal! Cooking it up on the boat and being able to share with a subscriber was really cool too. What a blessed afternoon of coastal fishing. I hope y'all enjoy this!

I’ve been cooking crab for as long as I can remember and right after I’m done boiling the crabs I put them in ice right after so the crab doesn’t keep cooking on the inside and get really mushy. And it makes it much easier to pull the meat out of the legs and body of the crab

Ace in one of your videos you had mentioned something about an old colonial way of cooking , but you were more focused on boiling your crawfish in the butter and bacon grease you had because the crawfishing was excellent and the trout fishing was not 😂, just curious on what that was ?
