My dad and I catch a ton of those each year! The biggest we’ve caught so far was about 65 pounds. We use live spot on a circle hook and an in-line sinker near the bottom. Those fish fight hard so fun to catch!

Hey Ace, have you ever considered fishing in England? If you do I’d recommend Mappleton, Chesil beach and Frenchman’s bay in Sunderland. There is also the Roker pier which on a good day can produce lots. If you do fish Roker pier you don’t want to go to the head go either just before the head or before the 1st stairs.
