Did you know that if you spear a fish with a pin through the brains and then cut its tail off to let it bleed out, the fish will stay longer fresh and taste way better. This is a Japanese method but I don’t remember the name, Maybe you can look it up and try. Maybe a fun idea for a video

So exciting! I love deep sea fishing. First time in Hawaii I was 18 and my family chartered a marlin fishing boat off Kona. My Dad caught a 10 fly, 314 lb marlin! Most exciting thing EVER. It fought for 45 minutes and took my Dad, the skipper and his son, all big men, working together to land it. We had a taxidermist stuff it and send it to us. We named him Oscar and every Christmas we hung one ornament on his long snout lol
